- Northeast Ohio Communications Affiliates (NOCA) www.nocanet.com is a non-profit organization with a very simple goal: To promote the communications, marketing and graphic design industry in Northeast Ohio in a manner that helps retain and contract business in this part of the country. NOCA comprises more than 24 Northeast Ohio professional communications and marketing organizations. The purpose of this coalition is to advance and foster collaboration and best practices among its member organizations.
NOCA will not only retain jobs, but also clients that may otherwise have been lost to this region. Even more importantly, NOCA can impose the power of the talents of its 4,500 members to use the media to pressure state government to make Ohio a better place for business and education.
In addition:
Some NOCA organizations allow members of fellow NOCA organizations to attend their meetings at their member rate instead of the higher non-member fee.
NOCA is presently developing member discounts with selected vendors. Some current examples include:
- 30% off copiers through Konica / Minolta
- 15% discount at the Gary & Matty Lucarelli Family of restaurants. Sweetwater Restaurants include: Players on Madison, Cafe Sausalito, STAR at Playhouse Square and Sweetwater Landing.
