Employers are increasingly faced with difficult questions about what they can and can't do to regulate their employees’ social networking activities. This session will explore a number of issues on this cutting-edge topic, including the need for a social networking policy; the pros and cons of using social networking sites to screen applicants; monitoring employees’ social networking sites; and terminating employees for their social networking activities. Your clients need to be aware of this stuff!
